AUDITIONS
Open Call for Autumn Tales
The Bimah Players will hold open auditions for Autumn Tales,
written and directed by Myra Cohen Klenicki.
It is scheduled to be presented on Sunday, November 14 & 21,
with performances at 3:00pm and 7:30pm, and on Thursday, November 18 at 7:30pm.

• a young actor or actress who can sing to play a boy of 12 or 13
• a young actress who can sing to play a girl anywhere from 12 to 15
• children 10 or older who can act and sing
• Adult actors who can play a variety of roles

PROCEDURE
|
Actors will be asked to read from the script.

CASTING CALL FOR
AUTUMN TALES
|
The Bimah Players Community Theater is looking for talented actors, including a
number of children 10 years or older, for an original theatrical production,
Autumn Tales. The show is a dramatization with music of humorous and scary stories
and poetry by great 19th and early 20th Century writers including Charles Dickens,
Thomas Hardy, Mary E. Wilkins Freeman, Saki, and others.

This is a readers’ theater production. No memorization is required.
|
Rehearsals begin in September. Young actors will need to attend at least one rehearsal
a week and at least two rehearsals a week at the beginning of November. Adult actors must
be prepared to attend two rehearsals a week beginning in September. Rehearsals will not
conflict with the Jewish holidays or the Jewish Sabbath.
